On-site and off-site support

Our telephone helpdesk is the first port of call for any IT related problem. Our engineers will establish a secure remote connection between your network and ours, enabling our technical consultants to access and work on your network, server or PC at a distance.

Not every IT problem needs an on-site visit, remote off-site support is provided via our secure VPN network. This enables us to quickly access your network to diagnose and resolve problems.

In the situation when remote support does not resolve the issue, or there has been a physical change to the IT structure (BT line or cabling fault etc.), we attend on-site promptly to investigate and resolve the issue.
